However, what many are surprised to learn is that research shows that for many years on any given day during the Festive Break, over 70% of home owners are in their own home! <\/p>\n
So what? Well, it just could well be that this year is the time to show your home over the break if you are selling \u2013 a great excuse to go to the beach while your Open Home is on, or get out of the mid day sun to go looking if you\u2019re thinking buying. <\/p>\n
