The continuing shortage in listings is driving prices up across the country, particularly in Christchurch and Auckland.<br \/>\n&#8211; BNZ Weekly Overview<\/p>\n<p>New Housing Build on the Rise<br \/>\nThere is a new trend within residential construction, led primarily by the Christchurch rebuild and Auckland.
